In the book "Bleachers" I believe that Neely Crenshaw could have made a resolution to visit the city of Messina more often. He mentions in the book that he never came back to Messina when his old coach was still alive. When Neely finally came back to his home town, he realized how much he missed coachCoach Rake and how he regretted that he didn't domecome back and spend solesome more time with him. This is very sad because Neely never got the chance to form a meaningful relationship with coachCoach Rake, because at this point he is on his death bed. This is why I think that Neely Crenshaw should have made a resolution to visit Messina more often.
